Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all unused items returned in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, candles must be unburned and in their original condition.

If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may approve returns or replacements outside of our standard return policy.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

My candle has some wax around the edge of the jar after burning for a few hours. Is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal. As the candle continues to burn and the wax pool expands, the remaining wax along the sides of the jar will gradually melt as intended.

My candle is not perfectly smooth on top after burning. Is this normal?

Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax and contain no paraffin or wax additives.

As soy wax cools, it naturally forms crystal patterns that can create slight texture variations, frosting, or uneven surfaces.

These characteristics are completely normal and do not affect the candle's performance, scent, or burn quality.

In fact, they are often a sign of genuine natural soy wax. Because each candle is hand-poured, every candle is uniquely its own.

How much room and linen spray should I use?

We recommend 1–5 sprays depending on the size of your space and your personal fragrance preference. Start with a single spray and add more as desired.

Can I reuse my jars or bottles after they're empty?

Absolutely! Our candle jars can be repurposed for a variety of uses, including pen and pencil holders, small plant containers, cotton swabs, office supplies, and more.
